Biography
I was born in Chicago and grew up in Miami and Northern Illinois before my family and I relocated to Lakeland, Florida. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Alverno College while working as a nurse's aide. After graduating, I worked as a float RN for several years, gaining experience across various specialties in the hospital setting, including later roles in the ER and ICU. Throughout these experiences, my strong interest in working with new graduates and students inspired me to pursue my Master of Science in Nursing Education. During my graduate studies, I gained valuable experience in academic simulation lab settings, where I enjoyed helping learners refine their skills and build clinical confidence. This journey has led me to »Ê¼Ò»ªÈË, where I am dedicated to fostering the growth and development of future professionals as holistic and confident healthcare providers committed to serving their communities.
