Policies and Procedures
Is Your Group Ready to Experience »Ê¼Ò»ªÈË?
We are excited to welcome you and your group to »Ê¼Ò»ªÈË! To ensure that your group makes the most of your experience at »Ê¼Ò»ªÈË, please review the following policies and procedures before requesting a visit.
Availability
Due to student tour guide and staff availability, we do not offer group tours on Saturday or Sunday.
Chaperones
We ask that all groups with students please provide one adult chaperone for every 15 students. Campus tours are led by Southern Ambassadors, and those chaperones visiting with your group are asked to accompany the tour to help your group stay together and organized.
Scheduling Your Group Visit
Please submit your request two weeks prior to your proposed visit day. Your group’s visit will be confirmed by the Office of Admissions via email, and we will provide you with the date, time and arrival location for your group. Due to student tour guide and staff availability, »Ê¼Ò»ªÈË reserves the right to cancel all group tours running 30 or more minutes late.
Lunch on Campus
If your group would like to eat lunch on campus as part of their visit experience, please contact Bryan O'Connor 863.680.4910 for pricing and menu options.
Conduct
When visiting »Ê¼Ò»ªÈË, we ask your group to respect our students, faculty, staff and grounds. Failure to do so may result in an early conclusion to the group tour and review of future visit requests.
Comfort is Key
We have restrooms and bottled water in the France Admissions Center. Face masks are currently optional on »Ê¼Ò»ªÈË’s campus. If anyone would like a mask, we do have disposable masks for use upon request.
High School Counselors
We welcome High School Counselors to our campus and want to make sure you have the information you need for your college-bound students.
